How booking works
Click Inquire on any retreat below and a pre-filled email will open. We respond within 48 hours with the full prep guide, medical-intake form, and payment options. Once your intake is approved, a deposit secures your spot. Full payment is due two weeks before arrival.
Group sizes are capped at twelve. Most retreats fill four to six weeks ahead. If a date is full, write to us anyway — cancellations happen, and we sometimes open a small private retreat in the same week.
